胰酶（Pancreatin）為助消化藥。主要含胰蛋白酶、胰淀粉酶和胰脂肪酶等，胰蛋白酶能使蛋白轉化為蛋白胨，胰淀粉酶使淀粉轉化為糊精與糖，胰脂肪酶則使脂肪分解為甘油和脂肪酸。在中性或弱堿性條件下活性較強。在腸液中消化淀粉、蛋白質及脂肪，從而起到促進消化和增進食欲的作用。
